Jeff Gordon, Chairman-of-the-Board As Chairman of the Celltick board, Jeff is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, financing and the smooth running of the Board of Directors. Jeff holds the Executive Chairman role at Intuwave (developers of wireless network operating systems for smartphones). He also holds a number of non-executive positions including Chairman of Axiom Systems Limited (OSS Service Creation and Delivery) and Non Executive Director of Aspects Software Ltd (Java card OS & SIM testing tools). Jeff previously worked at Motorola, where he was an elected officer of Motorola Corporation. He was responsible for the cellular infrastructure business in EMEA and the worldwide account management of the company's global operator accounts. Prior to this Jeff was with Unisys for over 20 years, where he held several positions including Vice President and General Manager EMEA and Chairman of the European Management Board.
Richard Anton Richard Anton is a director at Amadeus Capital Partners, where he specialises in communication and software company opportunities. Since joining in 1998, Richard has taken the lead in many investments and has served as non-executive director on the boards of several portfolio companies. These include Celltick (interactive mobile broadcast software), ForeScout (network access control appliances), Clearswift (content filtering) and Valista (electronic and mobile payment platform software). Prior to Amadeus, Richard worked as a management consultant, a hands-on finance and business development executive and a turnaround manager. Entering venture capital in 1994 he joined Apax Partners, where he made a number of early stage investments, including Neurodynamics and Autonomy. Richard was subsequently employed as director of business development and finance at these companies. Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA and MA in Mathematics from Christ’s College, Cambridge.
Stephen Dunford Stephen Dunford is CEO at Celltick. Stephen brings his vast operational and commercial experience, most recently as the CEO of Elata, a global leader of mobile content delivery software that was acquired by Qualcomm last August. Previously, he was CEO and co-founder of Alamein, leaders in mobile workforce messaging. Prior to Alamein, Stephen was CEO of X-Cel Communications for ten years, which he founded in 1989. X-Cel led the development of service assurance and network modelling software, before a successful trade sale to Nortel Networks in 1999. Stephen has over 20 years experience, both in the UK and internationally, in the information technology and telecommunications sectors. He previously held senior management positions in ICL, Nortel Networks and Racal Electronics and has a BA in Business Administration.
Illi Edry Illi Edry is a versatile new-media expert, bringing over 15 years of exceptional experience in the media and new-media industries, managing digital content, marketing and business development across platforms; Web, Games, Mobile, iTV, VOD and more. Illi has extensive experience with end-user behavior and digital culture, coupled with profound insight into the media industry from both the content owner's and the advertisers' perspective. Before joining JVP Studio, Illi was the CEO of Popcorn Box, a new media content aggregation agency and consulting house. Prior to that, he served as VP of Marketing, Interactive & Formats at Keshet Broadcasting, Israel's leading commercial TV network. At Keshet he was responsible for the business development of online, mobile and digital media content and was the creative force behind many of their groundbreaking projects. He also headed Keshet Formats, the international TV formats and programs exporting arm, selling the network's original TV formats to over 25 territories worldwide, striking content distribution deals with European broadcasters, as well as studios like CBS, Fox, Sony, Granada, Pro7Sat1 and others. As early as 1999, Illi was part of the founding team of Infogate Online, a company that aspired to set up one of the world's first consumer oriented video and games on demand operation over broadband internet. Illi holds a BSc in Business Administration from South Eastern University and an MA in Marketing Management from the London based Middlesex University Business School.
Paul Twivy Paul Twivy is one of the best-known strategic thinkers and innovators within British and European Advertising and Marketing Communications. During his 27-year career, he has started two seminal communications agencies, run some of the largest and most successful Advertising agencies in Europe, set up Marketing at the BBC, and been heavily involved in some groundbreaking charity and public service initiatives. Major highlights include being a founder of Still Price Court Twivy D’Souza which merged with Lintas to become the 10th largest agency in the UK; remodeling the strategic planning processes for JWT as its Deputy Chairman; growing a multi-disciplinary group of companies as UK Group Chief Executive/ Vice President Worldwide of Bates, including the first digital start-up of any London agency plus coordinating the Digital Media strategy of both Saatchi and Bates worldwide; being Marketing Advisor to the BBC; setting up Circus, the UK’s first media neutral agency and being the Chief Strategic Planning Officer for McCann Erickson across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He is now an independent Marketing and Advertising Consultant and Writer; a Non Exec Director of both Celltick and The Partners, WPP’s leading design agency; a member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Social Action and a trustee and advisor to several charities.
Yossi Wellingstein Yossi Wellingstein has founded Celltick and was the company's CEO until January 2006. Prior to founding Celltick Yossi was one of the founding team of Barak 013, Israel's leading international telecommunications carrier and ISP. Yossi headed the project team that won Barak license and following the launch of the company was VP International Business of Barak. Yossi held board positions in Telecommunications and capital market companies. Yossi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and MSc in Industrial Management from the Technion.
