Ronen Daniel
CEO  |
Ronen brings over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry from which, 10 years in the VAS/Telecom market. A true visionary who early on recognized the future of the Active - Idle Screen, Ronen co-founded Celltick in 2000. Ronen has been involved in all aspects of the business since its inception. While serving as the company's VP of Global Sales, he expanded the company’s activities across four regions. Ronen took over as CEO in 2009. Prior to founding Celltick, Ronen was Regional Marketing Manager at Mint Technologies, which was acquired by Sungard Business Integration. Previously, Ronen was Product Marketing Manager at the Israel Aircraft Industries, where he was responsible for avionics projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Ronen holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Offer Markovich
VP Operations  |
Offer brings to Celltick vast expertise in Java, database management systems, Internet technologies and operating systems. Prior to joining the Company, Offer was VP of R&D at Qlusters. Before that, he was co-founder, CTO, head of R&D, and a board member at Cardonet, as well as co-founder of Epilog. Offer also served as Director of Database Administration at the Israeli Defense Forces' Mamram Computer Center. Offer holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Aner Ravon
VP Media & Consumer Marketing  |
Aner brings over 12 years of experience in global marketing and business development to Celltick, where he is responsible for the Company's content and advertising proposition. Prior to joining Celltick, Aner was General Manager of the Direct to Consumer unit at the Logia Group, where he developed on and off portal marketing programs, content packages and content based products. Before that, Aner co-founded HooQs.com, a search and recommendation service which served mobile content to millions of mobile subscribers worldwide. Aner also served as Director of Business Development for Followap Inc. (acquired at 2004 by Neuster Inc., NASDAQ:NSR) and as a Group Director at Commtouch Inc. (NASDAQ:CTCH) . Aner holds a BA in Economics from the Tel Aviv University

Amit Gil

Amit is responsible for defining Celltick’s technology strategy, after having served as the Company's VP R&D and Director of System Engineering. Before joining Celltick, Amit was a member of the Research and Planning Department, and was involved in business development for wireless local loop systems at InnoWave ECI Wireless Systems. Amit holds a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem as part of the Israel Defense Forces' Talpiot project and an MSc in Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.

Yochi Daniel

Yochi is responsible for Celltick's Research and Development. Having been with Celltick since the company's inception in 2000, Yochi has been part of the design and development team, helping to shape and create Celltick's innovative products and technology. Prior to Celltick, Yochi developed advanced HDL verification solutions at Intel. Yochi holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University |

Adolfo Izcovich
General Manager LATAM  |
Adolfo brings with him over 18 years of experience in developing the LATAM Market within the Telecommunications arena. Prior to Celltick, Adolfo founded his own consulting company assisting telecommunication companies in penetrating the various LATAM markets. Previously, he was employed by Comverse as AVP of the LATAM region. Under his leadership, Comverse progressed from nearly a nonexistent presence to an 80% Market share while expanding his team from a handful of people to over 70. Prior to Comverse he was Director of LATAM for Teledata, selling access equipment, developing the business throughout the region. During the first part of his career he fulfilled various positions in Production, R&D and Project Management in several companies within the Telecommunication and the Military Industry. Adolfo holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion University in Haifa. |

Vincent Toh
General Manager APAC  |
With over 12 years of extensive sales and marketing experience within the APAC region, Vincent specializes in delivering Value Added Services to mobile operators. He currently leads the company's expansion within the region, while successfully managing Celltick's existing customer relationships for LiveScreen™ Media. Prior to Celltick, Vincent was the Country Manager of Roamware where he was responsible for driving business development in South East Asia and South Asia. During his earlier career, Vincent was AVP Sales in Global Interactive technologies, which was acquired by Syniverse Technologies. He was also a Senior Sales Director for Vicorp Asia Pacific and a pioneer team member in ORGA Kartensysteme Singapore. Vincent holds a BSc (Economics) in Management Studies from University of London. |

Anna Kirdan
General Manager CEE  |
Anna has many years of experience in IT/banking, telecommunications, marketing and business development in an international environment. Prior to Celltick, Anna was in charge of business development throughout Russian and CIS for ST Incard. While her role was a vision, she brought it to a reality in less than two years. Prior to Incard, Anna has had several important roles within companies in her field such as Gemplus, and BGS SmartCard. Her strength is her business savvy and business development ideas taking many companies from Zero to success. |

Shlomi Hagai
CFO  |
Shlomi manages finance, human resources and administration activities at Celltick. Prior to joining the Company, he was Corporate COO and CFO at MTS following a stint as its Corporate Controller. Before that, Shlomi served as Audit Team Manager at Ernst & Young Israel's Professional Department, where he supervised privately-held and publicly-traded companies in the high-technology, industrial, services and infrastructure sectors. Shlomi is a certified public accountant, and holds a BA in Business (majoring in Accounting) from Israel's College of Management and an LLM degree from Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv.
