Jeff Gordon, Chairman of the Board
Jeff Gordon has more than 30 years of experience and an outstanding track record in holding executive leadership roles with large corporate entities in the telecommunications sector. As Celltick's Chairman of the Board, Jeff is responsible for the financing, management and organization of the Company's board of directors. Previously, Jeff led Motorola's EMEA infrastructure business, which recorded over $1.6 billion in annual revenues and employed 1,400 workers. Before that, he chaired the Unisys European Management Board. Currently, Jeff is also Chairman and CEO of Open Cloud, a supplier of in-network application servers for next-generation telecommunications services.
Richard Anton
Richard Anton is a director at Amadeus Capital Partners, where he specializes in communications and software company opportunities. Since joining the firm in 1998, Richard has taken the lead in many investments, and has served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of several Amadeus portfolio companies including ForeScout (network access control appliances), Clearswift (content filtering), and Valista (electronic and mobile payment platform software). Prior to joining Amadeus, Richard held several positions including management consultant, hands-on finance and business development executive, and turnaround manager. Richard initially entered the venture capital sector in 1994 when he joined Apax Partners, where he carried out a number of early-stage investments including Neurodynamics and Autonomy, two companies at which he was appointed Director of Business Development and Finance. Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD near Paris, and a BA and an MA in Mathematics from Christ’s College at the University of Cambridge.
Uri Adoni
Uri joined JVP and Animation Lab with extensive experience in internet and new media, gleaned from his prior position as the CEO of MSN Israel. During his years of managing the company, MSN Israel was the first MSN worldwide to move to profitability, and has grown rapidly ever since. During the last six years Uri has been one of the new media pioneers who saw the many stages that internet, mobile and TV went through. Working for Microsoft during these fascinating times, Uri was also part of some major international marketing and business challenges in fields such as search engines vs. Google, instant messaging vs. AOL and Yahoo and many other challenges. Prior to his work at Microsoft, Uri was a partner and a co-CEO at Geller-Nessis Leo Burnett Advertising Agency, working with leading brands such as Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, Nokia, Philips and Energizer. Prior to that, he was a senior strategic planner at Fogel-Levin / Ogilvy Israel, working with brands such as IBM, Unilever, Adidas, Philip Morris and others. In both companies he was highly involved in the creative process, working closely together with the creative teams, directors, editors and production houses. His vast experience in advertising and strategic planning, gave him the position of an "evangelist" in the fast growing online advertising market. Uri holds a BA in political science from Tel Aviv University, a professional music degree from the Rimon School of Music, and an MBA from Manchester University.
Yossi Wellingstein
Yossi Wellingstein founded Celltick, and was the Company's CEO until January 2006. Prior to that, he was on the founding team of Barak 013, Israel's leading international telecommunications carrier and ISP. Yossi headed the project team that won the Barak license, and following the company's launch, served as its VP of International Business. Yossi has also held board positions at several telecommunications and capital market companies. Yossi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
Ronen Daniel
Ronen brings over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry from which, 10 years in the VAS/Telecom market. A true visionary who early on recognized the future of the Active - Idle Screen, Ronen co-founded Celltick in 2000. Ronen has been involved in all aspects of the business since its inception. While serving as the company's VP of Global Sales, he expanded the company’s activities across four regions. Ronen took over as CEO in 2009. Prior to founding Celltick, Ronen was Regional Marketing Manager at Mint Technologies, which was acquired by Sungard Business Integration. Previously, Ronen was Product Marketing Manager at the Israel Aircraft Industries, where he was responsible for avionics projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Ronen holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
