Celltick Wins 2 MAMA Silver Medals
Visiongain's Mobile Advertising & Marketing Awards (MAMA) are open to entrants from every part of the mobile marketing value chain, from operators and handset manufacturers, though to software developers and creative agencies, with entries invited from around the world. The awards ceremony took place last week in London UK, where Celltick's VP Marketing Stacy Fassberg gave a presentation on Mobile Marketing & Advertising. We are proud to announce that Celltick won MAMA silver medals in 2 categories: Innovation award for technology, product or service in mobile advertising and Best network for delivery of mobile advertising or marketing.
Celltick Wins 2nd Place in the UK Technology Innovation & Growth Awards
Celltick won 2nd place for Media Tech Impact of the Year in theUK Technology Innovation & Growth Awards, held in London UK on March 18th. The UK Technology Innovation & Growth Awards, sponsored in part by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, recognise and celebrate individuals, organisations and partnerships across the technology industry. The 14 award categories commend not only those who have demonstrated innovation and enterprise, but just as significantly, those who have provided the supporting business services to help make them successful. The nominations for each award category were judged by an esteemed panel of experts, and the winners announced at a gala ceremony at the end of the UK Technology Innovation & Growth Forum 2008.
GroupM and Celltick to Forge an Alliance in Asia Pacific to Develop Mobile Marketing
Under the agreement, GroupM (the leading global media investment management operation, parent company to WPP media agencies including MAXUS, MediaCom, Mediaedge:cia and MindShare) will be actively promoted as Celltick’s media partner for managed service contracts, in which Celltick manages content and advertising on the idle screen. In return, GroupM will present Celltick’s LiveScreen™ Media as its preferred idle screen advertising solution for mobile operators and promote it as an advertising channel to media agencies in the region. The alliance will assist both parties to expand and secure market share in this rapidly growing sector across Asia-Pacific, in which Celltick has been running successful mobile advertising campaigns over the past year.
Celltick in Singapore
In order to give our APAC clients the best professional services & managerial support, we have recently opened our new office in Singapore. This is another step forward in Celltick's global strategy, as we deepen our local involvement as well as our global experience in mobile markets around the world. This merger of capabilities and market experience allows us to apply the finest local touch to our managed service customers, strongly backed by our vast global know-how & experience. The new Singapore office joins the ones already in place in Russia, Brazil, India and our HQ in the UK.
Mobile World Congress 2008 - Every Message Counts!
This year’s Mobile World Congress, held in beautiful Barcelona, was extremely successful and busy for Celltick. We held over 50 onsite meetings and met over 300
industry pros, who came around to our booth to learn more about LiveScreen™ Media capabilities. We had the opportunity to share experiences, knowledge and vision for the future of the mobile industry in general and mobile advertising in particular, which was THE topic at this year's event. We enjoyed and learned from all of you coming around to meet us and share some wisdom. We thank you for your time and effort. It was great to meet you all there!
