About The Position

Celltick is seeking a talented and highly skilled Project Director - Technical Delivery to join our India based team. Job responsibilities:

·         Project Planning and End to End Technical Delivery

Perform Requirement Analysis

·        Define / Review solution benchmarking and sizing details

·        Solution Architecture Design

·        Define SOW, Site-Preparation Documentation, BOM Process

·        Hardware Ordering, Setup and Site Mgmt.

·        Hardware AMC setup and Planning

·        Preparation of Project Deliverable documents such as Pre-Requisite docs, Project plan

·        Preparation of Comprehensive Solution Document

·        Support sales and pre-sales activities

·        Project Tracking and Effective Communication Management

·        Preparation of UAT document

·        Customer/Partner Meetings

·        CR Management and Technical Closures

·        Billing Integration Review, Update, Execution and Closure

·        Technical aspects on integration with multiple input and output sources / network elements / Govt. NOCs using standard

CAP based interface / APIs

·        CRM Integration

·        SMPP Integration

·        SMTP Integration

·        Setting up NMS Process / SNMP Integration / Nagios setup

·        Service Launch Coordination

·        Prepare Project Implementation Guide

·        Support Handover

·        Training to Support Team

·        Resource hiring and team enhancement

·        Mass Alert Demo – Planning and Execution

·        Daily / Weekly Status Update

Additional Responsibilities:

·        Providing guidelines and setting planning process for datacenter infra related tasks

·        Setting process on vendor management including hardware vendor/s for fixing of issues locally

·        Setting process on Network Setup and Issue Management

·        Setting process on communication between L3 (R&D / Development Team) and Project resources

·        Setting process in establishing MPLS / ILL Connectivity / Leased Line Management for New accounts

·        Setting process in Creating LAB setup for new installations / patch pre-test

·        Setting process in License renewals etc.

Requirements

Professional Qualification:

·        BE / B.Tech. in Computer Science Engg. or Electronics & Communication

 Job Requirements:

 ·        At least 10 years of work experience

·        At least 8 years of experience in the Telecom field working for mobile operators or for Telecom vendors

·        At least 8 years of experience with Unix based platforms

·        At least 5 Years of experience in Database / SQL knowledge (preferred

·        PostgreSQl, MySQL)

·        Basic Knowledge TCP/IP Networking, Switches, Routers, Routing

·        Protocols, Troubleshooting o  Scripting in ksh, perl, sed

·        Knowledge of SMSC and messaging platforms


Preferred:

·        CCNA

·        PMI / Prince or Equivalent Project Management Certification

·        Experience with VAS application platforms

·        Veritas products (VxVm, Cluster and NetBackup)

·        Virtual Environment / Cloud based setup

·        Working knowledge on equipment hardware

·        Multiple Operator handling experience in India (BSNL, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea) and overseas

 ·        Self-learner

·        Team player

·        Excellent spoken and written English
